Responsibilities

• Interviews patients or representatives for admissions and directs patients to appropriate departments.
• Performs accurate data entry of patient demographics and insurance information.
• Notifies insurance providers of admissions to ensure coverage and expedite payments.
• Reviews registration data for accuracy and quality control.
• Handles printing and distribution of admission forms and standard state/federal forms.
• Collects payments for services and coordinates with the Financial Counselor.
• Assists with answering phones and maintaining a clean, professional office.
