The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) is a division within the Family and Social Services Administration, which receives around 18 percent of the state's budget to ensure vital health care coverage to approximately 1 in 4 Hoosiers. This new and exciting role, Pathways Program Manager, leads the implementation and oversight of the Managed Long-term Services and Supports (mLTSS) program. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for program and policy development and be responsible for management, oversight, and continued development of the program. This role establishes priorities, targets, and deadlines for accomplishing both short range and long-range goals for the PathWays program. You will Identify key areas for program expansion and quality initiatives through monitoring of the OMPP's PathWays managed care contractors, HEDIS data, data reported from providers, the managed care entities (MCEs), and other measures. Your role will collaborate closely with federal government employees who provide oversight of the state program. Your role contributes to FSSA's long-term services and supports reform.
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $75,010 but may be commensurate with education and work experience.
