Boston Public Schools is seeking a Pathways Coordinator for the Boston Arts Academy to design, coordinate, and evaluate programs that connect students’ artistic and academic learning to college, career, and community opportunities.
You will oversee internships, MyCAP documentation, dual enrollment, and partnerships with colleges, employers, and arts organizations to expand early college opportunities and transition services for students with disabilities.

The Coordinator will oversee internships and externships, work-based learning, MYCAP documentation, dual enrollment, community partnerships, and transition services for students with disabilities—ensuring that every student graduates with a clear postsecondary plan aligned to their goals as aspiring artist-scholars and global citizens.

This position serves as a bridge among students, faculty, families, industry partners, and postsecondary institutions, advancing BAA’s mission as Boston’s only public high school for the visual and performing arts and a beacon of artistic and academic innovation.

NOTE: School-based managerial employees will work 223 days between July 1st and June 30th each year. The 223-day work-year will include the 180 days in which school is in session, and the additional days will be determined by the employee and the principal or school leader of the school. School-based managerial employees are not eligible for vacation time or compensatory time. In the event of school cancellation due to snow or inclement weather, school-based managerial employees need not report to work.
