Job summary

Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Career Pathways Coach to support students across campuses, helping explore career pathways, earn industry credentials, and earn college credit while linking education to workforce opportunities.

The role partners with ASU Prep, ElevateEdAZ, educators and employers to promote pathways, expand internships and job shadows, and increase credential attainment and college readiness.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in partnership management, community relations, or customer relations.
• At least one year of experience working with youth or in an educational setting.
• Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience integrating work-based, project-based, or experiential learning opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problems and identify opportunities.
• Travel regularly to schools and partner sites, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Connect ASU Prep leaders and ElevateEdAZ staff to advance career and technical learning pathways.
• Establish plans to increase student enrollment in career pathways.
• Partner with the District Director and school leaders to promote awareness of priority sectors.
• Promote pathways to prospective students to boost enrollment and credentials.
• Increase student attainment of industry credentials and early college credits.
• Expand opportunities for students to earn industry credentials.
• Plan on-campus career awareness events and facilitate work-based learning experiences.
