Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) seeks a High School Academy Specialist Advisor to bridge high school academies with CVTC career pathways. You will monitor student progress, provide direct support, and collaborate with faculty, counselors, and employer partners to advance academic plans and success.

The role requires CRM data management, cross-team coordination, and strong communication, with travel to regional campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human development, education, social science, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a student or client support related area.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document, monitor, and case manage through CRM students enrolled in High School Academy and Start College Now.
• Support first-year experiences and K-12 orientations for faculty and students.
• Collaborate with CVTC Admissions Advisors and cross-functional teams to promote career pathways programming.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on career exploration events and programming.
• Assist CVTC Student Success and Accessibility Specialists to support students with barriers to academics.
