Job summary

You will work independently with a small team, perform tissue processing, staining, IHC, data interpretation, study report writing, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with histology, immunohistochemistry, tissue processing, staining, microscopy.
• Experience in planning experiments, assay development, data interpretation, and report writing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform tissue processing, staining, microscopy, IHC, and related workflows.
• Develop, optimize, validate, and implement pathology assays and lab workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory capabilities and efficiency.
• Analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data for project teams.
• Prepare study reports, SOPs, validation docs, and scientific presentations.
• Represent pathology on cross-functional project teams and troubleshoot activities.
• Coordinate with a small team to support routine histology tasks and operations.
• Train and mentor junior scientists in histology, IHC, and documentation practices.
