Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3 years related experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary research teams.
• Experience with budgets, milestones and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication with sponsors and UTMB offices.

Responsibilities

• Acts as principal project coordinator and primary contact for administration and sponsors.
• Manages contracts and ensures adherence to approved budgets.
• Develops and monitors project work plans and data collection.
• Ensures documentation is complete, current, and stored properly.
• Mentors team members and identifies opportunities for improvement.
