AP/CP Board Certified Surgical Pathologist needed in Metro Northwest Ohio (1 hour to Detroit)
A leading independent pathology services and cancer diagnostics company is seeking an AP/CP Board Certified Surgical Pathologist to join our laboratory in Metro Northwest Ohio.
The position requires the ability to perform a broad spectrum of pathology including complex surgical cases, frozen sections, bone marrows and fine-needle aspirates, gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytopathology, and clinical laboratory duties.
The candidate must be willing to serve on hospital committees and actively participate in interdisciplinary conferences.
The candidate should have the ability to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and interact effectively with clinicians, administrators, and laboratory staff.
Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree, be board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and be eligible for unrestricted Ohio and Michigan licenses.
Fellowship training is preferred but not required. A minimum of three to five years of experience is preferred.
