Job Opportunity: Full-Time BC/BC Pathologist

We are seeking an eager and dedicated full-time BC/BC pathologist to join our team. The role involves reading 35 to 50 cases per day, shared between two pathologists.

Schedule and Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekly call schedule (alternating weeks), starting Friday at 5:00 PM and ending the following Friday at 8:00 AM
• Assist in the preparation and performance of human tissue examinations
• Complete dissections and provide descriptions of surgical cases daily
• Select and submit appropriate sections for microscopic examinations, frozen sections, etc.
• Cover clinical laboratory duties, including blood bank
• Support surgical department for select procedures
• Specializations include surgical pathology, GI pathology, GU pathology, neuropathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology, and cytology (excluding GYN cytology specimens)
