Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking a Lab Technical Assistant to support the technical and transcription staff across laboratory areas. You will perform specimen preparatory functions and provide clerical and technical support in Pathology.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong procedural accuracy, excellent communication and organizational skills, and solid keyboarding abilities to help maintain efficient lab operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and apply accurate procedures in specimen handling and clerical processing.
• Has good communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to provide accurate information and instructions.
• Has strong computer keyboarding skills.

REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
