Job summary

ICOM Meridian is seeking a Pathology faculty member to educate medical students in pre-doctoral programs, collaborate with faculty to plan and implement curricula, and contribute to program development.

The role includes teaching didactic and clinical materials for years 1–4, student advising, and participation in research and service. Candidates should hold a terminal degree and have medical education experience.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in a related field or education.
• Proven track record as an educator with medical education experience.
• Experience with curricular and instructional design and training or educational theory/evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Teach in didactic preclinical and/or course material for years 1–4.
• Advise students on academics, curricular and career matters.
• Engage in research and supervise student participation in departmental projects.
• Serve on committees and contribute to program planning and evaluation.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
