CBSET in Lexington, MA is seeking a Resource and Scheduling Manager to lead pathology capacity planning, study scheduling support, and cross-functional coordination across Necropsy, Trimming, and Histopathology. Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Position requires strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills, with GLP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in animal or science is required.
• >2 years' laboratory experience and project coordination experience required; GLP experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, operations, and scientific project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Pathology schedule views, workload trackers, milestones, and staffing needs.
• Review contracts and protocols to enable proper resource allocations.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across Pathology and other departments.
• Develop and implement scheduling tools and dashboards; prepare status reports for leadership.
• Communicate timelines to internal and external clients to ensure on-time completion.
• Escalate conflicts and risks; maintain visibility of workload and capacity.
