Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of UVA's healthcare organization and systems to ensure efficient, compliant care.
• Oversee day-to-day functions and logistics to support patient-centered care and operational integrity.
• Represent people leaders with hire/fire authority and supervise direct/indirect reports.
• Set goals for staff, develop solutions to routine problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.
