Location: Austin, TX 78701 Days: Monday - Friday. No weekends, no on‑call Full‑time: Benefit Eligible
Perform macroscopic evaluations on simple and complex specimens Frozen section coverage Triage fresh tissue for lymphoma Assist pathologist in obtaining pertinent pathology reports on malignant cases Gather material for tumor board presentations Maintain the dissecting space (ie. temperature logs, stain line, supplies)
Completion of a NAACLS accredited Pathologists Assistant program ASCP licensure (or eligible with completion within 30 days of hire)
New graduates from a NAACLS accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program welcome.
