Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a pathologist for local project coverage in a community practice setting in Georgetown, SC. The schedule is M-F, 8 am–5 pm, with 20–30 cases on average and volume that may fluctuate.

Responsibilities include evaluating general pathology specimens such as biopsies, surgical specimens, cytology, and frozens. Hematopathology for bone marrow and lymph nodes is preferred but not required; autopsies are not part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• General pathology bread and butter specimens.
• Biopsies, surgical specimens, cytology, and frozens.
• Hemopathology for bone marrow and lymph nodes preferred, not required.
• No autopsies required.
