• Perform analytical tasks, select specimens for special studies, and prepare tissue for processing.
• Coordinate specimen sampling requests for research or transplantation when needed.
• Assist with accreditation inspections and maintain documentation with quality standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to policy.
