Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in California seeks a Pathologist's Assistant to support anatomic pathology services by examining and preparing surgical and biopsy specimens and assisting with postmortem examinations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Biological or related sciences, a Master's in an accredited Pathologist Assistant program, and be ASCP-certified as a Pathologists' Assistant upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree from an accredited Pathologist Assistant program.
• Pathologists' Assistant certification by ASCP upon hire.
