Qualifications

• Master's NAACLS accredited Pathologists' Assistant program is required.
• PA Certification (ASCP) to be obtained within one year of start date.
• ABMDI fellowship or delegate certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform gross dissection of surgical specimens and document findings under pathologists.
• Take gross specimen photos.
• Select tissue for ancillary testing.
• Procure tissue for research protocols.
• Assist with autopsy-related duties and training.
• Support residents, fellows, and students on projects.
