Job summary

Providence Oregon Laboratories is seeking a full-time board-certified Anatomic Pathologist/Clinical Pathologist with Hematopathology certification. AP-only candidates may be considered but AP/CP is preferred.

Responsibilities include signing out routine surgical pathology and hematopathology cases, interpreting flow cytometry and FISH, and contributing to blood bank call coverage. Candidates should have at least two years of post-fellowship hematopathology experience, excellent communication,

Job description

The Providence Oregon Regional Laboratory and Pathology Services are seeking a full-time, board-certified Anatomic Pathologist/Clinical Pathologist who is also board-certified in Hematopathology. AP-only candidates may be considered, but AP/CP is preferred. The position includes signing out routine surgical pathology and hematopathology cases, interpreting flow cytometry and FISH studies, and participating in blood bank call coverage. Candidates with at least two years of post-fellowship experience in hematopathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others are preferred. Additional training or experience in molecular pathology is highly desirable.
