Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical, vocational, or post secondary education preferred in a trade-related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, industrial, manufacturing, or related field.
• Prior experience in industrial markets, manufacturing, distribution sales, oil and gas, or applications utilizing controlled bolting equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver customer presentations.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms for prospecting and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and distributor development activities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, and end users to drive sales growth.
• Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within target industrial markets.
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to manage opportunities, track activities, and maintain customer records.
• Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, project information, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with the Technical Sales Engineer and broader sales team to support customer needs and drive profitable growth.
