State of Georgia is hiring a PATH Program Coordinator in Atlanta to monitor DBHDD-funded PATH providers and travel statewide to support outreach and service delivery. Qualifications

  • Lived experience of homelessness and/or behavioral health recovery.
  • Comfortable with statewide travel (50%).
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Experience providing training and/or technical assistance.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Experience with data collection, management and basic analysis.
  • Technological literacy and quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Participate as an Office of Supportive Housing team member in program monitoring for DBHDD-funded PATH providers statewide.
  • Travel to visit program providers in-person around the state and accompany teams during outreach and service provision.
  • Collaborate with internal DBHDD staff and external DBHDD partners.
  • Facilitate PATH Provider meetings to ensure consistency of services across the State.
  • Provide technical assistance and training regarding PATH program, GHVP model, and DBHDD service delivery standards.
  • Assist agencies in development and implementation of Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Analyze network and provider trends to identify training and technical assistance needs for PATH providers.
  • Collaborate with data analyst for data collection, analysis, management and quality assurance functions.
