Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Patents Counsel with a focus on Electrical Engineering to join its Saint Louis, MO team. The candidate will manage patent prosecution for wireless tech and AI, and collaborate with clients to build and manage patent portfolios.

Ideal applicants have at least two years of patent prosecution experience, USPTO registration or eligibility, Bar admission (or eligible for waiver), and a strong background in 5G, Wi‑Fi, and AI.

• Two years or more of patent prosecution experience required.
• USPTO registration or eligibility needed.
• Admitted to the Bar or eligible to waive in.
• Strong background in 5G, Wi‑Fi, AI, and related technologies.
