Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered with the USPTO or eligible to register.
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing, or eligible to waive in.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patent prosecution for wireless technologies and AI systems.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios.
• Conduct research and analysis to support patent applications.
• Provide strategic advice on patent-related matters.
