Ideal candidates have 2+ years of patent drafting/prosecution experience, strong writing skills, and a familiarity with Korean is preferred. Hybrid work options exist in our US offices, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; semiconductor technology background preferred.
• Superior writing skills and strong academic credentials.

Responsabilités

• Draft patent applications with descriptions and figures.
• Communicate with patent office regarding pending applications.
• Advise litigation teams based on technical expertise.
