Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Patent Prosecution Agent to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group in Denver, CO. The candidate will prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications for Fortune 200 clients and more.

Ideal applicants have 3+ years of patent prosecution experience and strong expertise in LTE/5G/6G wireless networks, AI, and related technologies. A Bachelor's or higher degree in EE/CS/CE is required, with USPTO registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Strong technical expertise in LTE/5G/6G wireless networks, hardware, AI, and deep learning.
• Ability to analyze complex technologies and collaborate with inventors and in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
• Conduct inventor interviews and collaborate with clients to identify and protect technologies.
• Prepare office action responses, conduct Examiner Interviews, and prepare other prosecution documents.
• Support development and management of domestic and international patent portfolios.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and patent law developments relevant to client industries.
