Qualifications

• Disciplined eye for quality checking document accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file US patent applications.
• Provide legal administrative support for patent prosecution.
• Attend to various patent-related formalities.
• Manage collection and filing of formal documents.
• Prepare and file Information Disclosure Statements.
• Review Patent Term Adjustment determinations.
• Handle special projects as needed.
• Docket management and file maintenance.
