and international patent applications and coordinate with foreign associates. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and five-plus years of patent prosecution experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with USPTO Patent Center, ePCT, iManage, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
• Experience with USPTO Patent Center and ePCT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications and international PCT applications, ensuring compliance and deadlines.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign prosecution activities and maintain records.
• Monitor patent dockets, deadlines, and communicate with attorneys and clients.
• Review and report patent office correspondence and maintain documentation in systems.
