Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking a Legal Specialist to support patent prosecution activities and IP operations within the Intellectual Property Department in San Diego. The role focuses on coordinating filings, maintaining docket accuracy, and ensuring timely compliance with domestic and international patent requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Paralegal Certificate and 1+ year of IP-related support experience; or 3+ years of legal administration/IP support.
• Experience with docketing, USPTO procedures, and patent prosecution processes is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare, file, and manage patent-related documents for US, PCT, and foreign filings.
• Maintain docket and records systems; monitor deadlines and actions throughout prosecution lifecycle.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and foreign associates to facilitate filings and compliance.
• Generate and update patent status reports for attorneys and agents.
