Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of legal experience.
• 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience.
• Notary Public or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, proofread, and file patent documents with USPTO/WIPO.
• Maintain IPMS docket and track deadlines.
• Coordinate foreign filing formalities with counsel.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and agents.
• Protect confidential information and improve workflows.
