Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows the ethical requirements set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State in which employed.
• Assists with staying abreast of current rules changes and informs team of same.
• Maintains knowledge of and stays current with the US Patent and Trademark Office rules and procedures as well as PCT formalities and requirements.
• Provides legal administrative support for patent prosecution by assisting with the preparation, filing (including e-filing), prosecution, and maintenance of patent applications both U.S. and Foreign.
• In collaboration with firm attorneys and paralegals, prepares and files US patent applications.
