Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor required.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Engineering Mechanics, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Engineering.
  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements; registered to practice before the USPTO.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm

Responsibilities

  • Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and advance a career in Intellectual Property law
  • Produces quality legal work and bills the required hours for excellent client service
  • Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts
  • Complies with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession
