Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• License to practice law in good standing; USPTO registration.
• Preference for candidates with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients; maintain strong interpersonal relations.
• Work independently to progress matters and advance a career in Intellectual Property law.
• Produce high-quality legal work and manage hours billed to clients.
• Engage in business development and client relation activities as needed.
