Job summary

Workforce.miami is seeking an IP Patent Litigation Associate to join our IP Litigation team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of commercial or IP litigation experience, with patent litigation preferred, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research; managing cases; and participating in hearings and trial

Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate with either patent litigation or commercial litigation experience for its IP Litigation team for its offices in Connecticut, Boston, New York, Washington, DC or Miami. The salary for this position is between $220k to $260k.
