Job summary

AJ Chambers US, a leading global litigation firm, seeks a Patent Litigation Associate to join its renowned IP practice. You will work on high-value disputes for world-leading tech and life sciences companies, applying deep technical fluency and advanced writing skills.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in patent litigation, JD from a top school, and a strong CS/EE background. This is a hybrid/full-time role, local to an office, with discretionary annual bonus and no formal billable-hour

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of patent litigation experience at a strong law firm.
• JD from a T14 or strong national law school.
• Strong STEM background (CS/EE) and experience with district court, ITC PTAB, and Markman briefing.
• Excellent legal writing and ability to work in lean, autonomous environment.
• Active Texas Bar and comfort with a lean, autonomous team.
