Responsibilities

• Assist in managing complex intellectual property and technology-related disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in all phases of discovery, including document review, written discovery, and witness preparation.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with expert witness management.
• Analyze technical, scientific, and business-related issues relevant to litigation matters.
• Support case strategy development and trial preparation efforts.
• Collaborate with attorneys, experts, consultants, and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Manage case deadlines, workstreams, and litigation tasks across multiple active matters.
• Prepare written analyses and recommendations regarding legal and strategic issues.
