Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademark litigation.
• Admission to the New York bar and to the federal courts in New York.
• Experience leading teams and handling high-stakes IP matters in federal court.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IP litigators in federal court matters, including depositions and trials.
• Handle opposition and cancellation proceedings before USPTO TTAB.
• Draft and negotiate trademark and copyright filings and related agreements.
• Serve as a senior resource within the IP group, operating independently when needed.
