On-site in Dallas or Burr Ridge, IL with potential for collaboration across offices. Base compensation is substantial, plus strong bonus potential based on performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of patent litigation experience, a strong technical background, and an active U.S. bar.

• Take an active role in complex patent infringement litigation from early case strategy through resolution and trial preparation.
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation materials.
