Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced patent litigator to take on substantive responsibilities in high-stakes IP disputes. You will draft and refine patent claim charts, contribute to case strategy from early stages, and work directly with seasoned trial attorneys to move matters toward hearings, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state is required.
• 1+ years of directly relevant IP or patent litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting and analyzing patent claim charts.
• Strong understanding of patent law and patent infringement litigation.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of complex assignments.
• Associate-level candidates are preferred, though more senior attorneys with strong experience may apply.
