Qualifications

• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in product design.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Willingness to be in the office regularly for direct learning.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.
