Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered before the USPTO.
• Strong English and Japanese language skills.
• Superior writing and academic credentials.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.
