patent applications and coordinating foreign prosecution while advising clients on patent strategy. Responsibilities include inventor interviews, drafting applications, responding to Office Actions, and independently managing patent matters while collaborating with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• USPTO registration required.
• Electrical Engineering degree strongly preferred.
• Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related degrees considered.
• Mechanical Engineering candidates should have substantial electrical technology experience.
• Strong technical, writing, and analytical skills.
