Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC is recruiting for a full-service national law firm seeking a Patent Litigation Attorney for its Pittsburgh or Philadelphia office. The attorney will work directly with partners and associates on litigation matters and communicate with clients in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of Patent Litigation experience, excellent credentials, strong drafting, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Patent Litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
• Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated potential for business development

Responsibilities

• Work directly with partners and associates on litigation matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact with clients and communicate effectively on case strategy and progress.
• Engage in all phases of litigation: investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and motions in state and federal courts.
