Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications relating to medical devices including surgical, robotics-assisted, and cardiovascular tools.
• Experience with FTO and patentability analyses, due diligence, patent procurement, and managing patent portfolios.
• Degree in mechanical engineering is ideal (bachelor's or advanced degree).
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice as well as USPTO admission.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
