Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing licenses and agreements, and performing patentability and due diligence assessments while maintaining high academic and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical arts.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently.
• U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
