Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly motivated Patent Attorney for our Denver, Colorado office. You will draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in mechanical engineering, and advise on IP and technology agreements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of patent experience, is licensed in Colorado, and holds USPTO registration. The role emphasizes strategic IP counsel, due diligence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Must have 7+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in mechanical arts.
• U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration is required.

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly motivated Patent Attorney to join its office in Denver, Colorado. Duties

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical arts.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.

Education

• Juris Doctor, higher degree, or equivalent in Law.
• Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.

Certifications

• U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
