Job description

Seeking a full-time Patent Attorney or Patent Agent with a background in biotechnology, molecular or cell biology, biochemistry, or a related field. Ideally, candidates will hold a master’s or PhD in a relevant field. This position involves all aspects of patent prosecution, with opportunities for increasing levels of responsibility and movement into other areas of our IP practice.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm.Patent drafting experience preferred.
