Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a Patent Agent for its Biotechnology practice in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Chicago. The starting salary for this position is $125k+.

Qualifications

At least one year of patent prosecution and drafting experience focused on U.S. and foreign biotech applications.
Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry.
Ability to evaluate complex scientific technologies.
