Qualifications

• 1–3 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Experience with patent litigation, PTAB proceedings, patent opinions or related IP matters.
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, AI, or related field.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; state bar admission.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
• Analyze inventions and prior art; respond to Office Actions.
• Support patent litigation and PTAB matters; assist with infringement, validity, FTO, and patentability opinions.
• Collaborate with inventors and clients to develop, protect and enforce IP rights.
