Job summary

Eden Rose USA seeks a Patent Prosecution Associate to work on mechanical and aerospace patents across multiple offices. You will prepare applications and respond to office actions from CA, DC, MA, NJ, NY.

Candidates should have 3–7 years of patent prosecution experience and degrees in aerospace or mechanical engineering. Active bar license and USPTO registration are required; patent examiner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Active license to practice law and USPTO registration.
• Preference given for experience as a patent examiner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patent applications in the mechanical and/or aerospace arts.
