BCG Attorney Search in New York City seeks a junior to mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate with a background in mechanical or aerospace engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of patent prosecution experience.

You will work with a team of patent strategists and litigators, conduct prosecutions at the USPTO or in a law firm setting, and advise clients on maximizing intellectual property portfolios. A JD from an accredited law school and bar admission are required.
